With Léa Seydoux, Kacey Mottet Klein, Gillian Anderson, Martin Compston, the plot of the film is described by Memento Films:

A luxury ski resort in Switzerland. 12-year-old Simon lives in the industrial valley below, with his jobless sister. Every day, he takes the ski-lift to the opulent ski world above, stealing equipment from the rich tourists to resell to the local kids back down. 'Unique' Thru The Grapevine

'Unique' Thru The Grapevine

from X-Files News by alleyphile@yahoo.com (Avi Quijada - Editor-In-Chief)

With Pilot season approaching very fast, eyes are keeping track of the new and exciting projects coming on to the very competitive new projects market.

One of the projects that has been creating waves of interest is Chris Carter's Unique, and according to Deadline,

Carter’s Unique starts off as a revenge drama about a woman’s quest to solve her husband’s murder but is subsequently vaulted into a global mythological conspiracy show that takes place in a heightened reality. The project, produced by MRC, has been getting high marks from network executives for the interactive way the script is being presented on iPads with sample scene storyboards and soundtrack.

I don't think we have to go ahead and express how excited we are for what this new year is bringing up!

Broken News: TCA, Californication, and Nick Lea

Broken News: TCA, Californication, and Nick Lea

from X Files Latest News by ROI_OLLSON@XFILESNEWS.COM (Roileigh Ollson - Managing Editor)

Gillian Speaks to the TCA

Gillian Anderson recently attended the TCA Winter Press Tour in Pasadena, California to promote Great Expectations in the United States. The miniseries will be airing on PBS in the US this April. For those who haven't seen what's already aired on BBC One, Gillian said of Miss Havisham:

I think she’s in a lot of pain. I also think that one of the ways she feeds that pain in the same way that an addict feeds their pain,...Where I reconcile that is in my own understanding of where that lies for me in my own life and how I scratch that itch and to have compassion for people, one, humans, her, who have that level on pain that they need to inflict it on others.

Californication Season Premiere

The fifth season of David Duchovny's Californication airs tomorrow night at 10:30pm on Showtime. To promote it, David has recently appeared on both Live with Kelly and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

Nick Lea

The villain we all love to hate, Nick Lea, will be appearing on next week's Supernatural. He will be playing FBI Agent Eliot Ness. Hopefully though, no one ends up hanging off a cable car again because of Agent Krycek.
