Robert Patrick has signed to be a series regular at the acclaimed HBO series True Blood. He had appeared last season as Alcide's father and he'll be reprising the role for the upcoming season.
Patrick most recent TV work was at the recently cancelled ABC drama Last Resort and will be premiering the Warner Bros period drama Gangster Squad next month.

The poster for the new season of Californication has been unveiled! As you've heard through the grapevine, the show comes back on January 13th, with Hank Moody's new exploits, this time to the tune of Rock & Roll. Alongside David Duchovny, this season returns with regulars Natascha McElhone, Madeleine Martin, Evan Handler, Pamela Adlon and Madeleine Zima.
