Clothing for the Climate
from X Files Latest News by ROI_OLLSON@XFILESNEWS.COM (Roileigh Ollson)
With all the climate problems facing the planet and her support of the global warming film The Age of Stupid, it's not really a surprise to see Gillian Anderson stepping up to help the environment yet again.
In support of Climate Week in the U.K., Gillian and a group of other celebrities recently modeled the Official Climate Week T-Shirt, which features a design based on the "tree of life" concept. Made from organic materials and with the help of renewable resources, the shirts will be going on sale just in time for the week of March 21st - 27th.
The t-shirts will be sold by Tesco in Britain, so if you're not on that side of the pond, you might need to do a bit of currency conversion. Either way though, you'll be able to buy a men's version, a women's version, or if you're really feeling environmentally savvy, both when the shirts go on sale.
Thanks to Cathy for the HQ photo and check out her blog for more on this shirt!
