Gillian Talks "Time's" 100

As part of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People list, Gillian Anderson recently wrote an article onRebecca Eaton, head of PBS's Masterpiece. She speaks about Ms. Eaton's strong personality and her dedication to bringing great stories to America's public broadcasting system.
The article also highlights a current issue: funding for public broadcasting in the US. With the deficit taking its toll, Masterpiece's future didn't always have the brightest outlook. However, with the innovative steps forward taken by Rebecca Eaton, you can rest assured that whatever period piece Gillian stars in next, it will probably be hitting American TV via Masterpiece.
